Favorite Things: Zig 2 Way Glue Pen & Martha Stewart Glitter

The Zig 2 Way Glue Pen is undoubtedly one of my favorite infrequently used craft tools. I don't use it much, but when I do it is definitely a life saver. It is essentially a ball tipped pen, but when you squeeze its middle it dispenses a stream of blue (dries clear) glue. If you want to do simple Christmas cards or gift tags, as I've done below, this thing is invaluable.

Martha Stewart glitter is another of my favorite things. The Antique Silver especially makes me giddy because it is this beautiful blend of silver and antiqued pale gold that glimmers and makes everything look gilded and spectacular. I glittered a ton of home accent pieces for Christmas with this stuff! I use Martha Stewart glitter for my glitter gel nails as well and it works beautifully and comes in a fantastic variety of colors.

To create the tags, all I did was write the name, cover with glitter, and tap off the excess. If you don't trust yourself or like your handwriting, you can print your tags first before tracing with glue and glittering.
